Job description

We`re looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to drive sales in the Enterprise segments of USA.

As a pivotal member of our team, the Head of Enterprise Sales will play a key role in driving regional sales performance, exceeding revenue targets, and ensuring alignment with our global strategy.

Reporting directly to Andy Zambito, our Chief Sales Officer Americas, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on Creatio growth.

Key Goals

  • Achieve assigned sales targets by efficiently developing and executing Creatio's go-to-market strategy.
  • Engage directly in high-stakes deals and strategic partner engagements to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Lead by example with a hands-on approach, actively participating in key sales opportunities and nurturing deals to drive momentum and secure impactful wins.
  • Aggressively penetrate the USA and deliver fast business outcomes.

Sales Management

Key accountabilities of the role include:

  • Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets by driving a high-performing team to success.
  • Develop and execute cutting-edge sales strategies that differentiate us in the marketplace and ensure sustained growth.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers to forge lasting partnerships and drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Implement changes and innovations to streamline sales processes and maximize efficiency.

Hands-On Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strong and creative sales strategies.
  • Provide support and mentorship to direct reports by actively participating in high-stakes deals and cultivating strong partnerships.
  • Engage directly with C-level executives in enterprise customer organizations.
  • Engage and develop the channel partners.
  • Exceptionally deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Regularly report on sales performance and progress towards targets to senior leadership, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

Leadership And Management

  • Build and empower a winning team through effective recruiting, hiring, and training.
  • Effectively manage the team, and enable the staff to deliver world-class results.
  • Develop a high-performance culture focused on success, ownership, loyalty, and growth.
  • Build trust, coach, and care for your team, with the goal of boosting performance and relationships.
  • Prove insightful and timely feedback to address underperformance and aid in talent development.
  • Effectively work with in-office and remote teams globally. Demonstrate the Getting Things Done approach.

Desired Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is a preference.
  • 5+ years in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience selling Enterprise Platforms ( experience selling CRM, BPM, LC/NC solutions will be a preference).
  • Experience operating in complex, fast-paced, multi-channel, multi-product enterprise sales environments.
  • Has a strong drive for results.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
  • Remote work.
