Our Client, a 100% locally owned company, are providing energy efficient solutions to assist the New Zealand agriculture sector in achieving cost-savings.  With ongoing success and an increasing number of new customers, we are looking to hire you - a relationship-driven superstar who can consistently improve our customers journey.

As a Customer Success Specialist, you'll be responsible for proactively engaging with our clients in the farming community to foster strong relationships and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.

Job Description

As the Customer Success Specialist, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers, handling their inquiries regarding services, products, and installations. Operating both in the warehouse and out on farm, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' satisfaction, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor and advocate for their success.

Your key responsibility will be to understand our clients' needs and challenges post sale, and to proactively address them. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of our services, installation of our product and to identify areas for improvement.

As a member of a remote team, you must communicate effectively with your colleagues, feel comfortable raising issues or questions, and offer insights.

Qualifications

We’re after someone who is persistent when it comes to troubleshooting, who is passionate about knowing every facet of our product, and gets a huge kick out of providing exceptional customer care.   

Above all, we are looking for a candidate who can establish strong relationships with our user base—farmers—to uphold our solid reputation for excellent customer support.

Skills required to be successful in this role are:

  • Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive mindset, self-motivation and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to learn fast, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership of your responsibilities.
  • Extremely competent in problem solving with the ability to de-escalate issues. 
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • A passion for building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
