WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Support Manufacturing Tech refresh global program and IPI launches.
Prepare X+Y monthly manual forecast inputs.
Be in contact with both teams to be provided input from the PDO Teams.
Follow up with PDO teams on PR/PO/RFQ action items.
Work with relevant teams and report back to the team with all required details.
Follow up with JV plants for ITSA and vendor PO action items.
Be in contact with program stake holders to follow up cost estimations and quotes.
Work with ITBO sourcing team to submit TR Program purchase orders.
Work with the IPI team to submit purchase orders needed.
Manage the IPI budget by project with the IPI team.
Prepare yearly expense forecast and monthly follow up.
Complete MCRP’s, administer AFRs
Consolidate monthly metrics to support forecast deck

Bachelor’s degree relative to Information Technologies
Experience managing budgetary portfolio
Not afraid of working in English with multinational colleagues from all around the world
Experience using office 365 suite
Experience communicating with/and presenting to management and executive leadership
Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects

Competencies And Skills

Knowledge of accounting systems (IERP, Ariba, Apption, Nicus) is helpful
Able to understand and analyze impacts of actions to the business in financial view
Self-motivated and have the ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work well across multiple functions
