  • Remote Work in Portugal
  • Working Hours: 40h/week, 8h/day (1h lunch break) (5 days/week with 2 days off)

You will:

  • Back-office tasks with occasional outbound calls
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding payments, refunds, VAT adjustments, invoice amendments, credit/debit memos, and reconciliation with care and efficiency
  • Provide assistance to Sales, Sales Support, and Order Management daily, ensuring smooth operations, addressing customer inquiries, and managing escalations across all payment methods


You need:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1 - native level)
  • Proficiency in English - (min. B2 level)
  • Excellent telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills and very good accuracy and attention
