1. Develop robust, scalable and secure features 2. Write clean, maintainable and efficient code 3. Participate at all stages of the development lifecycle 4. Implement best practices of test-driven development, and continuous integration 5. Work with the SCRUM model 6. Design and develop new web applications 7. Maintain and troubleshoot existing web applications 8. Write and maintain reliable Ruby code 9. Integrate data storage solutions and create back-end components
