CONTROLLER |INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!!*** Job Type: Controller Location: Moorestown, NJ Pay: $50/hr+ A local accounting firm is looking for a controller to support their team. This controller will be responsible for financial reporting, overseeing AP, account reconciliations, and other accounting responsibilities.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Responsible for the oversight of all accounting operations including management reporting and operational expense controls directly reporting to CFO of organization.
Leads and supervises all accounting operations for month-end, quarterly and year-end close process.
Oversees cash flow and treasury management.
Oversight of bank account reconciliation activity
Utilized Microsoft Excel in the preparation of all financial reports, cost reports, and budget variance/analysis reports.
Possible outsourced accounting and financial reporting projects for clients
Primarily Responsible for Accounts Payable processing
Assured integrity of financial data & adequate controls of the companies' assets.
Drives expense control and process improvement to assist with efficient operations and production.
Special projects at the direction of CFO.
Administer Employee Benefit Plans
Processing Bimonthly payroll
What You’ll Bring
10 years of accounting experience
3+ years of being a controller
Experience working within a services based company
Exposure to QuickBooks
Strong MS Office Suite skills
Comfortable being on the phones and interacting with customers
