We’re looking for a Recruiter who’ll ensure candidates are getting fantastic experience within our recruitment process. We need a smooth communicator with a great sense of people. A tactician, who'll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. Someone who'll play on our team with one goal — to bring the world’s top A-Players to Revolut.

Are you ready? 

We are looking for Mid or Senior level recruiters to work closely with the Revolut Expansion teams and local CEO's to scale Revolut in the America’s, MENA and/or APAC regions. You'll be proactively searching, selecting and closing vacancies across a variety of specialist roles in the fintech space. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process across junior to lead-level roles.

What you’ll be doing

  • Recruiting exceptional A-Players to join Revolut's rapidly growing team

  • Working with and building relationships with local hiring managers and CEO's

  • Delivering hires across tech and non-tech positions to build Revolut's expansion markets globally across the America’s, MENA and/or APAC

  • Developing and refining the interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience

  • Facilitating a pipeline of strong candidates for future needs

  • Screening CVs, and interviewing qualified candidates; selling Revolut as an employer of choice

  • Driving the offer process and closing candidates

  • Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience

  • Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market

  • Implementing modern sourcing/recruiting methods

What you'll need

  • 3+ years of proven work experience as a full-cycle Recruiter

  • Experience in recruitment from one of the following industries banking / big 4 / technology / fintech / high-growth startup (internal or agency side)

  • Experience with ATS

  • Excellent organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

  • Data-driven mindset. The ability to use data to drive hiring decisions

  • Experience in successful collaboration with senior stakeholders and hiring managers

  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills (written and oral)

  • High attention to detail

  • Ability to be flexible, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

  • Resilience and adaptability to work across multiple roles concurrently

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast paced, high growth Internal recruitment function 

  • Experience working in a fast paced organisation and working through ambiguous situations 

  • Ability to work with early stage teams and a high performance culture
