What We Do:
We offer an innovative approach to representing lenders by providing efficient, high-quality legal services consisting of senior-level talent at an affordable rate. Our lawyers are actively involved in assisting developers in acquiring land, building, leasing, and financing projects. We represent numerous businesses as well as associations and non-profits on their leases – from reviewing the LOI to negotiating their leases and assisting with work agreements. We are well recognized in the hospitality sector – including acquisitions, sales, financing, and management of hotel projects throughout the East Coast. We are outside counsel to national home builders assisting them with land acquisition, title issues, financing, and construction contracts.
