Opening Tickets

  • Offset (OMR)
  • Dialogue (PMR)
  • Email (EJR)
  • Legal Supplements
  • Member Materials
  • Buckslips (as needed for sponsors with Inc+/IBR)
  • AdMaster Tickets (Attestation, no Compliance review/approval needed)


Oversee Tickets

  • Manage print & email materials used in campaigns
  • Track AdMaster tickets to ensure attestation is filed
  • Proofread all materials
  • Push all tickets forward once they have been approved
  • Approve upload of final offset artwork to print vendor
  • Review internal tests
  • Perform link reviews
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to develop project plans, including defining scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of marketing projects.
  • Identify potential risks or challenges and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Workflow Optimization:
  • Streamline communication channels and implement project management tools or software to optimize workflow efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance productivity.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in marketing and creative services.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, process improvement, and the implementation of new marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to management on strategies to enhance the agency's capabilities and service offerings.
