What you’ll do:
- In a full cycle SaaS sales role, you will be responsible for selling advertising and software to real estate professionals nationwide.
- Prospect new business through individual efforts as well as effectively manage a pipeline of inbound leads/calls.
- Execute a sales process that is not scripted and allows for individual freedom and creativity to match the strengths and weaknesses of your personality.

Commission Rate(s) on Commissionable Revenue:
Commission will be calculated using the following commission rates. Commission Rates reset on a calendar monthly basis:
- Commission Rate for all Commissionable Revenue until Monthly Quota is achieved – 25%
- Commission Rate for Commissionable Revenue from Quota to $1999 over Monthly Quota – 50%
- Commission Rate for Commissionable Revenue in excess of $2000 over Monthly Quota – 60%
ADDITIONAL COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES AND BONUSES
Each month, Account Executives can earn additional compensation by achieving certain goals and/or benchmarks:
* Monthly MRR Bonuses. Employee is eligible for monthly bonuses in the amounts set out below for reaching each of three Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) benchmarks set out below:
- Achieve $5,500 MRR or in excess of $5,500 – receive a $750 bonus
- Achieve $7,500 MRR or in excess of $7,500 – receive a $1,000 bonus
- Achieve $8,500 MRR or in excess of $8,500 – receive a $1,000 bonus
* All set-up/change fees charged and collected will lead to additional compensation to Account Executives in the form of a bonus payment. Account Executives will receive a bonus in the amount of 50% of charged and collected set-up/change fees monthly.
- Example: charging $1000 in set-up/change fees will lead to $500 in bonuses
- This can be applied via a cash spiff, or on a monthly compensation
FLSA Designation (US Only):
Non-Exempt
The estimated base salary range for this role in the United States is $16.00 - $24.00 per hour. For compliance with local legislation, and to provide greater transparency to applicants, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of the desired hiring location or whether the position is remote. The posted range is an estimate and reflects many factors which are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, based upon geographic location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant factors.
Other Compensation (US Only):
This role will also be eligible for participation in a Company profit sharing bonus plan. Plan details will be provided to you upon hire.
Full time employees will also be eligible for enrollment in a wide range of choices of benefits , including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k) participation (with company match).
The Company provides a minimum of 10 days of vacation for new employees , sick time based on state requirements, 8 Company-paid holidays and 2 personal holidays per year.
