Role: People and Culture Lead
Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Organizational Development & People Strategy
Location: Remote (Bangalore or Delhi preferred)

Role Overview:
As the People and Culture Lead, you will be a key player in our mission-driven NGO focused on early childhood education. This senior management role involves leading the People and Admin functions and driving functional strategy alongside organizational development.

Key Results:

Strategic Development:

  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance organizational growth, development, and scaling.
  • Retain and enhance the organizational culture.
  • Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Introduce pragmatic initiatives that improve overall team performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise and implement initiatives to maintain and strengthen organizational values and culture.
  • Collaborate with founders and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead efforts to optimize organizational structures and processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency as the organization grows.
  • Design and implement programs to enhance team engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of organizational strategies and initiatives.
  • Advise on people policies to meet the demands of a changing work environment.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  • Oversee the admin function and manage offices of varying sizes.

Qualifications:
