Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement effective social media strategies to do outreach, enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage engaging and high-quality content for social media channels, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
Copywriting: Craft compelling and persuasive copy for social media posts, advertisements, and other digital marketing materials that align with the brand voice and drive engagement.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with the online community.
Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns to promote products, services, and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in social media management, content creation, and copywriting.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
