We currently have a career opportunity for a Pega Certified Senior System Architect to join our team. This is a remote opportynity, candidate must be in United States

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients. As a member working in a team environment you will take direction from solution architects and Leads on development activities.

Responsibilities

The Pegasystems Senior System Architect is responsible for technical oversight and implementation of Pegasystems solutions.

This includes:

  • Supporting inception and elaboration to ensure optimal solution architecture and design.
  • Directing and overseeing technical teams in construction of the designed solution.
  • Developing custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements.
  • Managing systems validation and defect resolution efforts.
  • Collaborate with project leadership and client management to manage the engagement direction, pinpoint, and resolve high-level issues.
  • Develop staff.
  • Develop budget plans.
  • Demonstrate technical prowess, as well as refined interpersonal and management skills.

Qualifications

  • Pega CSSA Certification (Certified Senior System Architect) or higher (LSA) is a MUST
  • Prefer candidates with Public Trust clearance
  • 5+ years of experience working with Pegasystems technologies.
  • 5+ years of experience designing, building, and implementing Business Process Management solutions on one or more technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated success working within a team project structure, including possessing a variety of roles within those teams.
  • J2EE development experience.
  • Exposure to and familiarity with various industries and specific operational solutions.
  • BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or comparable field.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 - $149,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
