Job Description
A&F Co. Allies for Equity: Encouraging equity through career education, exposure, and coaching for young people of color.
At Abercrombie & Fitch Co., we work to ensure that our customers and associates feel respected and represented. We know when we embrace diversity in all forms, we can build a stronger sense of community across every aspect of our business. This three-day virtual event serves as a career readiness program meant to prepare young BIPOC talent for a journey in retail through industry education, leadership exposure, career coaching, and skills workshops.
The 2025 Allies for Equity event dates will be released in Spring 2025.
