Location: Irvine, California

Job Type: Permanent

Compensation Range: $110,000 - 125,000 per year

Cella is looking for a Marketing Manager for a top client in the Irvine, CA area!

This full-time/direct hire role will work closely with corporate, as well as sales leadership and the regional marketing manager. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of consumer marketing experience (ideally from real estate, hospitality, building or property management industries).

Candidates MUST be local to the SoCal market, as there are in-office and in-the-field requirements.

Responsibilities:

Analysis

  • Evaluate demographic data related to leads, walk-ins, buyers, and market trends to identify prime targets for direct marketing efforts and community action strategies.
  • Supply critical market intelligence to guide land acquisition decisions.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, pinpoint successful elements and areas for improvement to enhance future performance.


Strategy

  • Work closely with sales management to formulate compelling incentives, offers, and strategic plans to meet sales objectives.
  • Manage the flow of communication between communities, divisions, regional offices, and corporate headquarters, including sharing analytical data, strategic recommendations, and necessary reports.
  • Design and implement tailored marketing plans for each community to attract qualified leads and increase foot traffic from potential buyers and Realtors.


Implementation

  • Develop and produce a variety of marketing materials, including emails, direct mail, social media posts, and advertisements, using a template-based design system and marketing automation tools.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, including brochures and signage, adhere to established brand guidelines.
  • Oversee the marketing budget, handle invoice processing, and provide regular updates to finance for accurate forecasting.


Leadership

  • Play a key role in conducting competitive market analysis, offering insights, strategies, and practical ideas.
  • Lead the New Home Information Manager(s) in creating strategies for personalized communication with leads and walk-ins, generating engaging online content for the website and social media, and meeting sales targets while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Cultivate a positive team culture by encouraging humor, collaboration, and transparency.
  • Actively participate in the division's leadership team, upholding the company's core values, attitudes, and beliefs.


Qualifications:

  • Experience level: Manager
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of related marketing experience.
  • Experience in sales and marketing environment within Real Estate is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills including managing team members, high accountability, influencing other department heads or upper management, and ability to build trust within the team.
  • Demonstrates self-confidence, grit and a growth mindset, with the ability to be adaptable and problem solve in high pressure situations.
  • Ability to spearhead analytical, strategic, and tactical elements, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, delegating where necessary.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
