Our new Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth in our organic channels and developing effective communities in LATAM. This role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for student engagement, community building, and ambassador programs to boost sales and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven leader with a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement strategies to build a strong and active community of students and alumni.
  • Design community-building activities and ambassador programs to enhance student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage referral and multi-level marketing (MLM) programs to drive student acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives to align with business objectives and sales targets.
  • Coordinate with product, sales, and customer success teams for effective marketing efforts.
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on organic channel growth and community development.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful community engagement and ambassador programs.
  • Experience in managing customer communities to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and spoken) is required.
