Associate Attorney - Post Falls Area
This is a hybrid in-office/work from home position in Post Falls, Idaho.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing a diverse caseload, providing legal advice to clients in all areas of business law.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support legal strategies, negotiations, litigation, and make-or-break business decisions.
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, letters, and other documents for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage rapidly shifting priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Attend client meetings, depositions, and court hearings.
  • Collaborate with partners and team members to ensure timely case progression and client satisfaction.
  • Provide exceptional client service.
  • Participate in local networking groups to increase firm visibility in the community and develop firm business opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with legal developments and relevant industry trends.
Qualifications:
  • Graduated top 20% of law school class.
  • Hold a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Be Admitted to practice law in the states of Idaho and Washington, or able to obtain licensure within 30 days of hire.
  • Have no state bar disciplinary history in any jurisdiction.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Have at least 2 years of experience as an attorney with relevant business law experience.
  • Litigation experience preferred.
  • Have strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards.
