Role Overview

As a Product Marketing Manager at AI CERTs™, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive demand and adoption for our products. This role involves understanding market needs, crafting compelling product messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze customer feedback and product performance to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and articulate clear product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products from competitors.
  • Create engaging content for various channels including websites, brochures, and presentations.
  • Design and implement go-to-market plans for new product launches and updates.
  • Coordinate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of launch activities.
  • Develop sales tools and training materials to support the sales team and improve product knowledge.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to enhance their effectiveness in the field.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that drive product adoption and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product marketing initiatives.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in product marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or MBA in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, analytics tools).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong focus on results.
