Key responsabilities:

  • Lead Agile activities as a Scrum Master, including sprint planning, daily scrums, and removing impediments for the team
  • Manage project timelines, resource planning, scoping, stakeholder management, and progress reporting
  • Analyze business requirements, convert them into user stories, assist in testing, and ensure quality assurance
  • Support product owner in prioritizing requirements, engage stakeholders, and ensure delivery within sprints
  • Help design, document, and maintain system processes; facilitate professional client interactions and skill transfer

Digital Team Lead


Our client is a Digital Business Consulting and Technology Specialist


Work Location: Work from Home


Artemis is now seeking for a Digital Team Lead with at least 3-5 years of working experience

.

Responsibilities

  • Scrum Master Activities

-         Supports the Product Owner in engaging stakeholders

-         Facilitate daily scrum, sprint demo and retrospective meetings in Agile Methodology

-         Supports Product Owner to prioritize requirements from backlog into Sprints

-         Conducts Sprint Planning with the Dev team

-         Organizes and facilitates the sprint planning meeting with Development team

-         Performs quality assurance

-         Responsible to remove impediments for the scrum team

  • Project Management Activities

-         Resource planning with estimated effort/man-days

-         Develops and manages Project timeline and schedule

-         Scoping of the project

-         Manages Stakeholder’s expectation and report project progress.

  • Business Analyst Activities

-         Converts requirements to User Stories

-         Performs requirement clarification

-         Sizes stories together with the Dev team

-         Assists in testing of application before every show case

-         Performing quality assurance

-         Help design, document and maintain system process;
