Job description

Your mission
  • You are responsible for sustainably developing and expanding your network within the life science industry on an operational and strategical level
  • Working as a 360° Recruitment Consultant you are the interface between clients and candidates
  • You organize your business independently and set ambitious goals for yourself
  • You keep up with your network constantly to extend your candidate portfolio and aquire new clients
  • Your communication skills enable you to establish long-term key clients
  • You set an example to other employees through your own performance and play a major role in generating revenue for your team
  • You negotiate contracts with your clients and candidates independently
Your profile
  • You have at least 2 years of experience within the recruitment industry, ideally within the life science area and you can provide a good performance track record
  • You enjoy sales and want to be an example as well as support your team through your own performance 
  • You have been successful within the recruitment industry already and you are now willing to establish and keep-up your business with us
  • You are an excellent team player with outstandig communication skills, persuasiveness and a high level of self-motivation
  • You are fluent in French as well as German or English
