Job description

Your mission
This is a full-time position. Employee will work fully remote but we are looking for someone who can meet weekly with the team in Zurich.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Expert to join our ​Customer Success ​team. You will be in charge of making sure our customers stay delighted with the OKOMO experience: from on-boarding and training to discovering ​new features and use cases, answering questions and providing support. ​In addition, a big part of your job will be to manage inbound communication from our customers and prospects, ​as well as some outbound communication to make sure customers are happy to renew.

Your responsibilities
  • Quickly identify customer needs and resolve them 
  • Retain our customers and ensure their successful use of OKOMO
  • Transform marketing generated in-calls into sales
  • Contribute to churn and retention targets
  • Protect and develop customer lifetime value through renewals and upselling
  • Manage and document customer interactions in a structured way
  • Become an OKOMO expert user and be able to use this knowledge to resolve customer questions
  • Support the Product team by sharing expertise and feedback as needed
  • Remain professional and polite, even if faced with complex feedback

Your profile
  • Experience in a customer support or another customer-facing role. We welcome less typical backgrounds!
  • Interest in tech or digital - you might even describe yourself as a geek
  • Customer-first mindset
  • Experience in the SaaS industry and/or startup experience a plus
  • Positive, persuasive communicator
  • Fluent in English and German, French and Spanish a plus
  • BS/MS degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • Industry knowledge of online retail and/or consumer goods industries a plus
