Your mission
This is a full-time position. Employee will work fully remote but we are looking for someone who can meet weekly with the team in Zurich.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Success Expert to join our âCustomer Success âteam. You will be in charge of making sure our customers stay delighted with the OKOMO experience: from on-boarding and training to discovering ânew features and use cases, answering questions and providing support. âIn addition, a big part of your job will be to manage inbound communication from our customers and prospects, âas well as some outbound communication to make sure customers are happy to renew.
