Job Description

The Tools, Methods & Data department is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project leader to manage EVO-lution project, a major digital transformation project for Serial Life Cost Optimization department (Value Optimization). EVO-lution project aims to replace existing multiple IT tools by a new application built on ServiceNow platform, with the objective to deploy the common optimized process for Value Optimization across all regions and maximize efficiency of saving ideas monitoring. The solution is addressed to all contributors and customers of VO process including Finance, Engineering, Purchasing, Logistics, Manufacturing, Marketing and Suppliers.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Accompany the CTPC/SLCP team in charge of Value Optimization in its digitalization process.
  • Lead the project phases in collaboration with ICT Project manager: detailed specification, validation and User acceptance tests, implementation of the solution in all regions,  integration strategy according to regional IT landscape specificities.
  • Coordinate the project team activity (Business Process leaders).
  • Convey the business vision to the implementation team, explain the scope decisions effectively, and drive the team forward using productive conversations.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow standards and best practice.
  • Monitor the project's roadmap, budget, risk and resources.
  • Lead the adequation of the solution to future users' requirements. 
  • Be responsible for User Story sign-off and contribute to the phase entry and exit criteria,
  • Work with ICT dedicated teams and ServiceNow Design Authority to implement the best integration strategy.
  • Lead and coordinate the various test phases (UAT, load, non-regression…) with Business team.
  • Lead the communication to all stakeholders.
  • Set up suitable reporting and ensure that the project meets the deadlines.
  • Organize regular progress reviews and Steering committee meetings.

This role involves working in all stages of the development lifecycle including post go live support.

 In RUN Mode:

  • Assistance RUN team and level 1 user's support.
  • Optimize technical and business processes to improve efficiency and quality of services

Prioritize and manage the consolidated view of user stories new requests based on business value.

Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in engineering, computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as major project lead.
  • Familiarity with automotive component design and manufacturing processes.
  • Proven experience in software integration, preferably with ServiceNow platform solution.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global team, collaborating with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party service providers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This is a contract position for a duration of minimum 12-month execution + run.

After the launch in production and ramp-up is completed, the candidate may be assigned to another activity within the Methods & Tools team.
