To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager. Your task will be to accompany our customers from acquisition onwards, ensuring optimal use of our software.

We are open to profiles with diverse backgrounds. Above all, you should bring strong customer orientation and a willingness to learn.

You will work from home or wherever you want. Part-time work is possible.

Your Responsibilities

  • Building strong customer relationships and regularly reviewing customer success
  • Responsible for customer retention and expanding the customer base through positive customer experiences
  • Participating in demo discussions and advising potential new customers
  • Collaborating with product management to successfully handle sales
  • Supporting project challenges and increasing user acceptance
  • Enabling successful onboarding and identifying customer needs
  • Working closely with product and development teams on product feedback to achieve individual customer support and meet success plans
  • Creating and maintaining content for our customers on our website
  • Communicating on social media
  • Attending trade shows and customer events

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in Business, Media, Social Sciences, Information Technology, International Management, or a comparable qualification
  • A positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Interest in IT applications and psychology
  • Experience in customer contact or in the HR field is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and a structured working approach
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; French skills are an advantage
