Role Overview

The Client Success Manager is a pivotal role within JUICE, acting as the linchpin between our clients and our diverse team of marketing specialists. You will orchestrate strategy and ensure the cohesion and effectiveness of digital marketing efforts across paid social, paid search, and more. Your role is to ensure client satisfaction and campaign success, leveraging deep digital marketing expertise to drive strategy and ROI.

What you’ll do:

  • Champion JUICE Values in Client Success: Demonstrate JUICE's dedication to innovative, ROI-driven digital marketing solutions through every client interaction. Your role is pivotal in embodying the agency's ethos of relentless optimization and strategic growth, ensuring our clients' campaigns thrive.

  • Strategic Client Leadership: Act as the primary liaison between JUICE's clients and our team of marketing specialists. While not directly managing specialists, you'll take ownership of campaign strategies, coordinating efforts across channels to achieve client objectives. You'll ensure campaigns are cohesive, strategic, and tailored to meet specific client KPIs and goals.

  • Collaborative Campaign Ownership: Work alongside paid social and search specialists as colleagues, guiding the strategic direction and integration of client campaigns. Your deep understanding of digital marketing channels will enable you to influence strategies effectively, ensuring client success.

  • Client Communication Mastery: Serve as the primary point of communication for clients, translating their goals into actionable plans for the team. You'll build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring clients are continuously informed, engaged, and satisfied with their campaign progress and outcomes.

  • Continuous Strategy and Optimization: Utilize your expertise in digital marketing to monitor campaign performance closely, leveraging analytics to make data-driven decisions. You'll lead the charge in optimizing strategies to exceed client expectations and achieve outstanding results.

  • Innovative Problem Solving: Propose and implement solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency. Your role requires staying ahead of digital marketing trends and technologies to recommend innovative approaches that keep JUICE and its clients at the forefront of the industry.

  • Project Management Excellence: Efficiently manage and track all digital marketing campaigns and tasks in ClickUp, ensuring 100% of projects are up-to-date and accurately reflect current statuses, milestones, and deadlines. Aim to enhance team productivity and accountability through meticulous project tracking and reporting.

  • Leadership Through Influence: Your role demands strong leadership qualities. You'll need to inspire and influence colleagues to drive client success, fostering a collaborative environment that leverages each team member's expertise.


What you’ll need to succeed:

  • 4+ years of digital marketing experience (paid social/search)

  • Deep foundational knowledge of marketing and digital marketing including funnels, conversion rate optimization, etc.

  • An understanding of how paid social works together with paid search in a marketing mix

  • Strong team player who works well with others and prioritizes the development of his or her people

  • Proven success leading teams

  • Ability to quickly identify and implement key changes that benefit the overall business

  • Data-driven decision maker

  • Ability to coach teams of varying skill sets & levels of seniority

  • Exceptional communication & presentation skills

  • Highly experienced in performance management decisions
