岗位职责
  • 负责直播主持，并根据平台资源及发展的需求，进行资源整合，策划直播内容；
  • 负责跟踪直播效果，根据直播数据、用户意见总结活动，优化节目流程；
  • 持续关注行业动态，对热点事件/话题敏感，能迅速做出针对性直播方案；
  • 完成领导交办的其他工作。

    • 任职资格
  • 全日制本科以上学历，英语公六或雅思6分以上，有Web3主持经验优先；
  • 热爱直播，有Web3相关行业经验优先；
  • 对各视频直播平台规则有所了解; 关注并了解区块链、直播相关节目和话题；
  • 有较强组织能力，抗压性，自我驱动能力，以目标为导向，能主动承担各类工作；
  • 良好的沟通、协调及执行能力和团队合作精神，能够与其他人员进行沟通、协调、推进项目按时按计划完成。
