The Chief of Staff will be an entrepreneurial, high potential, analytical generalist who is immensely curious and brings an extreme degree of discretion and professionalism to their work to be the right hand to the CEO. In addition, S/he should be passionate about solving problems, creating order out of chaos, and developing and implementing strategies to achieve goals. This role will support the CEO directly across management, strategy and operations responsibilities. The day-to-day will be a balance between strategic brainstorming, project management, process building, coordination, and execution.

As a Chief of Staff, you will provide excellence by:

  • Automation and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for automation within the staffing processes to reduce inefficiencies and enhance productivity. Implement state-of-the-art tools and technologies to optimize operational workflows.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Lead initiatives aimed at continuously improving business processes. Develop strategies to ensure these improvements are sustainable, measurable, and aligned with our business goals.
  • Data Analytics and Reporting: Oversee the management of data analytics frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics. Ensure accurate and timely reporting to aid strategic decision-making and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Serve as a key member of the executive team, collaborating closely with other department heads to integrate business excellence into all aspects of the organization. Mentor and lead teams within your department to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed of changes and developments. Ensure that process improvements meet the needs and standards of clients and align with overall business objectives.
  • Project Management: Creating, implementing, and overseeing cross-functional organization wide projects or initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Coordinating annual strategic planning for the company; Creating & updating dashboards for reviewing key performance indicatiors


Requirements

Do you have what it takes to be our Chief of Staff?

Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

● Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a strategic and senior leadership role

● Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to oversee remote teams.

● Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics.

● Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Stripe).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members. Comprehensive knowledge and be able to understand instructions and execute tasks accordingly.

● Experience with project management applications, CRM

● Ability to think strategically and drive process improvements

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

● Previous experience working with remote teams a plus

 Must live in the Philippines.
