Job description

Location: HANOI and HO CHI MINH

Role purpose:
Plan, develop, and implement sales activities within a specified geography, product line, or market segment to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Responsible for the direct sales process, aiming at meeting and/or exceeding sales and profitability margin targets with designated account(s).
2. Expand profits, market position/share, introduce new products/solutions to clients, and organize visits to current and potential clients.
3. Prepare and submit short and mid-range sales plans to reach nominated targets. Support the development of demand forecast in own area.
4. Maintain a high level of market intelligence by monitoring the performance of competition product and analyzing price change trend through close contact with customer.
5. Retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established accounts that will generate future sales and repeat business.
6. Provide the necessary technical support on-site, for example, equipment maintenance. Help to solve the application problem if needed. Coordinate with the regional application team regarding lab/plant trials.
7. Manage trade receivables and delivery/invoicing claims.
8. Work with Sales Operation, Purchase & Logistics, Finance and Equipment coordinators to perform their function as needed.
9. Conduct trials and chemical optimization for Kemiras Pulp & Paper Chemicals at the customer site to ensure the customer receives the most efficient chemical applications.

Qualifications:
1. University degree in Chemistry, Papermaking or relevant
2. 3 years or above paper sales industry experience in tech service for Chemical products, technical
manager in Pulp & Paper industry is preferred.
3. Pulp & Paper chemical knowledge is a Must.
4. Good interpersonal skills and cooperation spirit.
5. Customer oriented.
6. Able to travel.
7. Proficiency in verbal/written English
8. Communication skill in Chinese language is an important plus
