  • Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, specifically in the insurance industry
  • Experience working with Guidewire applications, such as PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter
  • Insurance Industry background required.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance business processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience managing remote teams and working in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is preferred
