- First point of contact for customs services for national and international clients
- Responsible for all administrative aspects of customer support related to customs
- Liaison between clients, sales, back office, and customs
- Reporting, complaint management in collaboration with back office
- Advising and supporting customers and colleagues on customs-related issues
