Job description

LAdmins is looking for a customer service representative to join our team remotely. This person will drive customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.


The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The agent will be required to take inbound and outbound calls as needed. Each call has to be performed with a high standard of professionalism and courtesy.
  • The agent will respond to emails sent by customers using prescribed templates and offer a resolution that is appropriate to their concerns.
  • The agent will answer chat requests from customers with inquiries via the website.
  • The agent is required to work during US work hours varying depending on the business need.
  • The agent will need to use critical thinking in order to resolve each customer inquiry with utmost accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The agent will be required to meet key performance standards on a regular basis.
  • The agent will be needed to act as a team player in order to meet goals as an organization.

Skill Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in customer service simultaneously using mixed platforms (voice, email, and chat).
  • Can perform multitasking abilities in a high-performing environment
  • Typing Skills of at least 40 wpm.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, preferably with a neutral US accent
  • Established stable employment history for the past 5 years.
  • At least 1 yr experience in working remotely with minimal supervision
  • System Requirements of (1) at least i5 or higher with (2) Memory: 4 gigabytes (GB) or greater (3) Storage: 64 GB or greater available disk space (4) Processor: 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster
  • Back-Up Equipment and Network Connectivity
