About the role

Our Risk team sits at the very core of Revolut. Those special agents work across functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure that the business is on safe footing. People in the Risk team are among the first in the company to get involved in new business initiatives, from App Technology, through Treasury and Finance, to Customer Support 💫

We’re looking for a Resolution Manager who’ll develop resolution management framework in an excellent manner 📣 A superstar to join the team which operates as a second line of defence and is tasked to create a resolution management setup in addition to its regular responsibilities, ensuring that first-line businesses properly manage risks and controls. Someone who’ll work closely with Treasury, Finance, Operations, Technology, and the broader Risk organisation to independently assess and oversee risk-taking activities 👀

What you’ll be doing

  • Creating, developing and implementing resolution management framework

  • Analysing regulatory requirements and setting standards to implementation

  • Implementing process changes to facilitate smooth resolution management process, establishing new processes where needed

  • Overseeing and coordinating complex cross-functional regulatory deliveries

  • Performing quality control on regulatory submission of resolution related materials

  • Responding to regulatory inquiries, communicating with Single Resolution Board

  • Establishing strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Revolut to manage deliveries

What you'll need

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Resolution Management in banking services

  • Knowledge and experience of resolution regulations (i.e. BRRD), their application / impact in the banking industry (i.e. MREL, bail-in etc.)

  • Understanding of global financial markets, products, and global operating models 

  • Ability to analyse processes and drive process changes

  • Ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work (experience with SQL or other scripting language a plus)

  • Ability to work independently, exercise good judgement, and drive change

  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills

Compensation range

  • Lithuania: €5,700 - €6,000 gross monthly*

  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
