We’re looking for a Reconciliation Specialist who’ll ensure robust controls are in place to support Revolut’s global expansion.

What you’ll be doing
Working closely with the Finance Control, Accounting, and Product teams to ensure robust reconciliation controls are in place to support Revolut’s expansion
Maintaining oversight of upcoming and overdue breaks, working with relevant teams to close them
Performing root-cause analysis, optimising reconciliation where possible, and triaging problems requiring escalation to Product teams
Working closely with Product teams to identify trends causing breaks and building long-term solutions for them
Investigating and implementing opportunities for automation or process improvement
Performing reconciliation testing of integrations changes and new product releases
What you'll need
Experience as a Reconciliation Specialist or similar role in financial services/banking
Experience in a fast-paced working environment
A good understanding of SQL
The ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution
The ability to communicate confidently, clearly, and accurately to all levels
A confident, self-starter attitude
Solid sense of ownership and ability to work independently
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Compensation range
Lithuania: €2,100 - €2,400 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
