Your missions

This is a remote position.

         Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the healthcare, aged care, and elderly care sectors.

         Business Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

         Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify, approach, and secure new clients.

  Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.

         Product and Service Development: Collaborate with the product development team to tailor services and solutions that meet the specific needs of the healthcare, aged care, and elderly care markets.

         Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients.

         Networking and Events: Attend industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to represent the company, gain insights, and build professional relationships.

         Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.

         Performance Monitoring: Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and outcomes to senior management.



Requirements

         Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 

         Minimum of at least 2 years of Australian experience in business development, with any experience in healthcare, aged care, or elderly care sectors.

         Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare industry, aged care, and elderly care services, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.

         Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals.

         Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify market opportunities and develop effective strategies.

         Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a client-focused approach.

         Self-Motivated: Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

         Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
