Job description

Your Role:

Our Asia Sales team acts as the main point of contact for our potential candidates and is responsible to guide them to the most suitable and beneficial programs. You will be acting as a career coach and human resource counselor, providing candidates with expert advice on which career development opportunities they should seize in order to achieve their professional goals. You will be actively supplying the worldwide best luxury hotels and restaurants with dynamic talents to assist them in their operations.


Handle daily administrative tasks and take initiative in supporting candidates as well as other team members through all possible challenges they might be facing. Adaptability is essential and problem solving is a daily activity as you will be putting out figurative fires whenever they occur. Organize your time efficiently and set personal deadlines to achieve your targets. Handle our sales software and continuously analyze & monitor your KPIs to ultimately improve your sales numbers and achieve increasingly more success.


You will form long-lasting relations with your candidates and ensure that they will achieve their dreams. Provide personalized service during sales calls, adapt to different situations on a daily basis and assist young professionals in gaining a life-changing experience. You will be selling opportunities and making dreams come true!


Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Business Development or similar positions
  • Be a graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, Business administration, or related fields.
  • Fluent level of written and spoken English, Knowledge in the local language would be a plus
  • Good command of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge in CRM software’s such as Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Being a real Team Player and Hospitalian at heart
  • Able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
  • Sales-oriented profile, competitive and resilient character
  • Passionate about hospitality and gained previous work experience within hotel operations.


 Responsibilities:

  • Represent Placement International in a professional manner and promote our brand and values diligently.
  • Planning and creating schedules for international recruiting trips with the local communities
  • Be the primary point of contact for candidates after being selected for our programs
  • Conduct interviews and coach young professionals by providing expert career advice
  • Offer guidance on Placement International’s exciting programs
  • Develop strategies to maintain and grow partnerships with universities
  • Organize & Host Virtual Events and presentations for all kinds of audiences
  • Analyze prospective markets and assist in developing recruitment strategies
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth services to our candidates
  • Responsible for tracking candidates and ensuring payments are received on a weekly basis
  • Utilize HubSpot and CRM to track and process candidates efficiently
