Aftersales Specialist (France)


Key responsibilities:

  • Building good business relationships with clients through regular contact and meetings;
  • Ensuring high availability of chargers supplied by EEP in the respective market;
  • Organizing service support for clients located in the respective region;
  • Supporting and collaborating with the local network of Service Partners;
  • Assisting with service activities;
  • Coordinating operational activities in the given region to support clients and Service Partners;
  • Proposing and implementing corrective actions to minimize charger downtime, escalating issues to headquarters if necessary;
  • Conducting training sessions for service partners and clients on first-level support, installation, commissioning, inspection, maintenance, and issue resolution;
  • Coordinating information flow between Ekoenergetyka Service, clients, and service partners;
  • Locating and attempting to resolve issues;
  • Actively engaging in the sale of service and spare parts;
  • Service trips;
  • Reporting to the supervisor;
  • Carrying out other tasks assigned by the supervisor within the scope of responsibilities at the position and in accordance with the company's regulations.


Candidate Profile:

  • Knowledge of public transportation or automotive industry (passenger or commercial vehicles).
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in customer service.
  • Experience in business relations and sales of goods or services (Aftersales).
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Proficiency in English and French language, both spoken and written.
  • Understanding the operation principles of the service, basic service processes, and repair processes.
  • Knowledge of chargers and the basic principles of their operation.
  • Expirience in conducting training sessions for service partners and/or clients on first-level support,​
  • Driving license cat. B;
