Online EFL Teacher - Fully Remote

• 1-16 hours a week: Choose a schedule that works for you, with consistent weekday slots (M/W/F or Tu/Th).
  
• Experience with young learners: A plus, but willingness to learn is key!

• Must have a degree and CELTA, Trinity Cert or equivalent.
  
• Excellent English: C2 level proficiency is a must.
  
• UK work permit: Only applicable candidates can apply.
  
• You will need to have a laptop or computer with a recent OS (Windows 10/11 or macOS 11/12)? This is required for the Teams app, which needs to be installed. (Chromebooks or similar devices are not compatible). A headset and a quiet place to teach with stable internet.

About Us:

Meridian School of English is an accredited school specialising in online English classes for international students. We create a warm, fun, and collaborative learning experience using trusted resources like Teams and Oxford University Press materials.

• Small, interactive classes: Maximum 6 students, 30 minutes each.
  
• Fixed curriculum: Focus on engaging students.
  
• Flexible hours: Choose mornings (10:00-14:00) and/or afternoons (15:00-18:00) during GMT, with BST adjustments.
  

What we offer:

• 10-minute prep/ wrap-up pay per class, bringing your total earnings to £16.00 per hour of teaching.
  
• Standard pay: £12:00 per hour (guaranteed, even if students are absent) + prep/ wrap-up pay.
  
• Professional development: Paid in-house training and access to ongoing learning resources.

• Online recorded interviews.
  
• Commitment to child safety is essential.
  
• Note that all classes are recorded and kept for up to one year
