Job Description:

We are currently looking for a HR Executive who will work closely with business to understand talent needs and develop a comprehensive hiring approach by levels by utilizing mix of channels to ensure timely closures in a cost effective and efficient manner. Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites – Social Media, Employee reference. Candidate from technical background will be a preference.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Candidates with excellent communication skills and team player.
  • Should come with Positive attitude, confident, flexible to shifts & target oriented.
  • Should be able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure.
  • Good Knowledge in Recruitment process.
  • Basic knowledge in Statutory compliance.
  • Well versed with Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach.
  • Responsible for End to End Recruitment in IT.
  • Sourcing candidates who fits the job from various channels.
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites.
  • Screening and evaluating the resumes.
  • Handling the submissions individually on different platforms.
  • Maintain & managing submissions, conversions, interviews, and hiring records.
  • Schedule phone/virtual and onsite interviews.
  • Assist in monitoring/tracking employee relations issues including resolution and follow-up.
  • Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
  • Protecting operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

This is a hybrid position Full time Roles. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from home 5 days a week. On other days schedule an office meeting, learning, and training. Currently looking for candidates who have permanent residence in Delhi. Apply for Job.
