Role & Responsibilities:
- Self-motivated, quick learner, and eagerness to adapt in a complex environment.
- Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.
- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.
- Relationship management with existing and potential clients.
- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.
- Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.
- Knowledge of bidding portals.
- Explaining the product and services offered by the company to clients.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
- Handle Walk In clients.
- Must be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a hybrid position Full time Roles. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from home 5 days a week.
