Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience, 4+ years of experience working with enterprise customers, leadership skills, and exceptional English communication skills, Professional Level Dynatrace certification, two or more industry-relevant Associate Level certifications, familiarity with SaaS industry.
Key responsabilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with complex customers to ensure successful product adoption and expansion
- Provide expert guidance, training, and support on Dynatrace products, troubleshoot technical issues, strategize on customer objectives and goals
- Serve as a liaison between customers, Dynatrace teams, engage in Quarterly Business Reviews, document best practices, and anticipate customer needs
