We are looking for a Documentation Specialist (Freelancer) who can create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation for the software products and projects at Rxefy.
This is a freelance opportunity that can be done remotely.
The role requires a minimum of 20 hours of work per week as discussed and mutually agreed upon on a case to case basis.
Responsibility
As a Documentation Specialist (Freelancer) at Rxefy, you will be responsible for
- Creating and maintaining documentation for the software products and projects, such as user manuals, technical guides, API references, release notes, etc.
- Ensuring that the documentation is consistent, comprehensive, and easy to understand for the intended audience.
- Using appropriate tools and formats to create and publish the documentation, such as Markdown, HTML, PDF, etc.
- Reviewing and updating the documentation as per the feedback from the project managers, technical project analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders.
- Adhering to the documentation standards and best practices at Rxefy, such as style, tone, terminology, etc.
- Researching and staying updated on the latest documentation trends, tools, and techniques that can enhance the documentation quality and efficiency.
Eligibility
To apply for the Documentation Specialist (Freelancer) position at Rxefy, you must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Documentation or a similar role.
- Experience with creating and maintaining documentation for software products and projects, preferably in healthcare software.
- Experience with using various documentation tools and formats, such as Markdown, HTML, PDF, etc.
- Ability to create and maintain clear, concise, and accurate documentation for the software products and projects.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong attention to detail.
