Senior Search Consultant

We are looking for Search Consultants and Senior Search Consultants
Permanent WFHome , Flexi Timing, 5 days working

Tasks & Activities
  1. Follow defined SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  2. Deep research into client organization and industry and competitors
  3. Understanding job roles received from clients
  4. Convert job roles into search strings
  5. Use the internet to find potential candidates on Job Boards (Naukri) and Social Media (LinkedIN) and through Job Postings
  6. Outreach to these potential candidates to attract them to apply / show interest
  7. Screening their resumes
  8. Phone Interview the shortlisted candidates
  9. Gather relevant information for the job role
  10. Excite them why this is a great move for them
  11. Present all information to client in a timely manner (Turn Around Time is very important)
  12. Work with adequate Quantity and Quality candidates presented well within required timelines


Skill Requirements
  1. Ability to surf the internet and online automation systems comfortably
  2. Ability to talk comfortably to Senior candidates about job roles. Strong communication skills
  3. Ability to see multiple resumes in a day , multi task
  4. Ability to make multiple phone calls with Excellent selling, convincing, persuasion and negotiation skills
  5. High level of confidence - no fear or worry while speaking to senior corporate executives who you don't know.

Knowledge Requirement
  1. Knowledge of Recruitment is a good to have
  2. Past job roles in Sales / which are target oriented is a major advantage
  3. Tech savvy (Searching on the net, self-learning on Youtube, spreadsheets, presentations, using Apps on Mobile, WhatsApp on Laptop etc.)

Salary
A monthly payout is paid based on efforts (submissions and interviews) and results( offers and joinings) in a Work From Home environment

This engagement has been specially designed to suit the needs of ambitious and result-oriented women with sound corporate experience who are now looking for a work-from-home opportunity to balance out their personal and professional priorities.
This is not a freelance assignment. It is a full time employment, where you shall work exclusively with us and get paid for work done This is also NOT a contractual job.. You will have to put in a minimum of 6 hours of dedicated work per day (125 work hours per month)
