Job Description: Alteryx Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain workflows in Alteryx Designer to automate data processing tasks.
   
2. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
   
3. Implement data validation and quality assurance processes within Alteryx workflows.
   
4. Optimize workflows for performance and scalability.
   
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and workflow execution.
   
6. Document workflows, data lineage, and metadata to ensure repeatability and transparency.
   
7. Stay updated with Alteryx product updates, new features, and best practices.
   

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Alteryx Developer or similar role with a strong understanding of Alteryx Designer.
   
2. Proficiency in designing, building, and deploying ETL workflows using Alteryx.
   
3. Solid understanding of data management concepts and techniques.
   
4. Experience with data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation using Alteryx tools.
   
5. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver business solutions.
   
6. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
   
7. Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
   
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner.
   

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• Alteryx Designer Core Certification or Advanced Certification preferred.
  

Additional Requirements:

• Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and scripting languages (Python, R) is advantageous.
  
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.
