We are seeking a talented and versatile Designer to join Jiggly, an exciting gummy brand expanding into the Philippine and US markets. As our Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity, enhancing our digital presence, and creating compelling visual content across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Brand Development and Management
- Refine and expand Jiggly's existing brand identity, creating a cohesive visual language that resonates with our target markets in the Philippines and the United States
- Develop and maintain a lightweight component library and brand system to ensure consistency across all digital and print materials
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually striking and effective advertising campaigns
Digital Design
- Redesign and optimize the Jiggly website homepage, focusing on user experience, brand representation, and conversion optimization
- Create and implement core email templates for various marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Design and produce digital assets for social media, online advertising, and other digital marketing initiatives
Packaging Design
- Refresh and update Jiggly's product packaging design for the next production batch, ensuring it aligns with brand evolution while maintaining recognition
- Conceptualize and create innovative packaging solutions that stand out on shelves and resonate with our target audience
- Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory requirements in both the Philippines and the US markets
Creative Direction
- Provide creative direction for advertising campaigns, overseeing the creation of a few key ads that capture Jiggly's brand essence and appeal to our target demographic
- Collaborate with external partners, such as photographers, illustrators, or videographers, to produce high-quality visual content
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining the integrity of the brand vision
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field; or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in brand design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital, print, and packaging design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience designing for web and mobile platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing design best practices and HTML email template creation
- Knowledge of print production processes and packaging design requirements for consumer goods

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationales clearly to both creative and non-creative stakeholders
- Strong project management abilities, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work efficiently under pressure
