We're looking for a proven retention marketer to lead the strategy and execution of email/SMS marketing to help our clients grow.
Leading a team consisting of a designer and Klaviyo specialist, the Retention Strategist will be tasked with leading a retention pod and will report to our Head of Retention. The primary objective of the position is to sustainably grow channel traffic and revenue by outlining/implementing strategy, managing client relationships / reporting, and leveraging email/SMS to improve customer experience and LTGP (lifetime gross profit) for our clients.
We are specifically looking for candidates who are ready to lead a team in a competitive, high-performance environment with limited oversight - given the leanness and growth at our agency, we will be more akin to collaborators than managers of your team.
