Job Description: Global Sales Head (US Resident)

Location: United States (Remote)

Company Overview:

Vsynergize is a pioneering leader in "AI-driven contact centre solutions" serves top Telecoms. Wireless, Internet and cable service providers with L1 and L2 help desk support. As we continue to innovate and expand our footprint, we are in search of a dedicated Global Sales Head to spearhead our sales strategies in the US market, with a focus on generating revenue and leveraging prior experience in AI contact centre sales.

Position Overview:

The Global Sales Head will be instrumental in driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives in the US. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AI contact centre sales, a proven ability to generate revenue, and a deep understanding of the US market dynamics. The role focuses primarily on direct sales and builing channel partnerships. The person is responsible for developing and implementing long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives. The candidate to bring innovative ideas and strategies for market penetration and sales growth and keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities. The candidate needs to be proficient in CRM tools, data analysis software, and other relevant technologies

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, ensuring the achievement of targets and objectives.
  2. Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the US sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
  3. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and position our products effectively.
  4. Client Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, focusing on C-level engagements and strategic partnerships.
  5. Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our AI-driven contact centre solutions, effectively communicating value propositions to potential clients.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Forecasting and Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, revenue reports, and actionable insights to senior management.
  8. Strategic Initiatives: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue growth.

 

  1. Team Development: The development and training of the sales team, especially in areas like AI product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management. 
  2. Market Trends and Compititors: Responsibile for keeping abreast of market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in AI contact centre sales and revenue generation.
  3. Deep understanding of the US market landscape, trends, and customer dynamics.
  4. Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance sales team.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Ability to travel as required. 
  7. Iindustry experience, experience in telecom, wireless, or related sectors is preferred
