Your missions

Remote in Lisbon - Equipment provided

About the project:

You will be providing services for Turkish-speaking clients and help them solve any problems or inquiries they might have regarding the product or service offered by the company.

Your tasks:

  • Receive escalations from customer-facing colleagues and works under strict regulations
  • Handle complex issues relating to the fulfilment of online orders placed by customers
  • Ensure a swift and fast resolution for problems occurring during the lifetime of a web purchase (from order induction to item delivery, and from handling flavour changes to RMA completion
  • Provide direction for issue resolution to take the customer out of the loop for complex issues, achieving quick customer satisfaction.

What you need:

  • Fluency in Turkish (must be at least C1)
  • Fluent in English (at least C1)
  • Nice to have previous Customer Support experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

  • Salary without accommodation: 1411 gross / month
  • Salary with accommodation (discounted accommodation provided by the company in Lisbon) : 1119 gross / month
  • Remote work in Lisbon
