About Our Client
We are searching for a Senior Backend Developer for a confidential client in the tech industry. This is a fully remote role with flexible working hours. Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve the client's backend services written in Python/Django
Utilize PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, and Redis for database management, queues, caching, etc.
Work within a service-based and microservice architecture
Migrate and potentially rewrite existing services into smaller, more efficient microservices using Django or other Python frameworks like Flask or FastAPI
Familiarity with software analysis and design, databases, architecture, and the AWS stack is a plus
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and Django
- Experience with other Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL for database management.
- Experience with RabbitMQ
- Familiarity with Redis for caching and other related tasks.
- Proficiency in software analysis and design principles.
- Strong understanding of database design and management
- Familiarity with the AWS stack and its various services.
- Ability to work within a collaborative and open environment.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
