Job description

This is a remote position.

Ready to not just manage but also generate your own sales? We're looking for a Sr. Account Executive who can both close deals and later lead a team. Step into a role where you're not just overseeing, but also actively selling.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and close your own sales leads.
  • Create and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed set sales targets.
  • Within 3-4 months, transition to building and managing your sales team.
  • Collaborate with execs to fine-tune our sales strategy.


Requirements
  • Proven Sales Achievements:
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Consistent history of closing high-value deals.
    • Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent Network:
    • Extensive network of industry contacts and potential clients.
    • Proven ability to leverage network connections to generate new business opportunities.
    • Strong relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
  • Industry Experience:
    • Experience in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry or recruiting services industry.
    • In-depth understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Demonstrated pipeline management.
  • Leadership aspiration and skills.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Self-starter attitude in a fast-paced setting.
