Create plans for enhancing sales in the specified region for current and new customers in the Pharma, Nutra, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze the market and prioritize customers, and develop unique selling propositions to stand out.
Manage relationships with customers across different levels of their organization.
Close sales and negotiate deals.
Provide timely information about products and services to customers.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Conduct market research and identify new market segments.
Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities.
Actively pursue new prospects and overcome qualification challenges.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling.
Anticipate and overcome initial qualification challenges or roadblocks.
Proactively develop a market penetration strategy based on competitor analysis.
Practice value-based selling.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as standalone projects or regular work, which will be represented in the primary responsibilities and agreed upon by the incumbent, reporting manager, and HR.
Requirement:
Experienced in managing B2B sales within the Pharma industry, specifically dealing with API/excipients.
Have established strong relationships across different departments within major Pharma accounts.
Capable of overseeing channel partners.
Open to extensive travel.
Must be located in Ho Chi Minh/South Vietnam.
Demonstrated ability to excel in a changing environment and easily adjust to evolving situations
