ABOUT THE ROLE
Do you have a passion for social media and building a community? Join our international team at BRUNA as a Social Media Manager & Brand Activation Manager. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Social Media Management: Manage the daily Social Media channels/calendars that keep BRUNA front of mind in fresh and dynamic ways to engage and build a strong community. Create a 360 social media strategy that aligns online and offline activations,  and implement it across platforms to ensure content is innovative, consistent, and community-centered.
  • Community Building & Brand Advocacy: Build and grow BRUNA’s community through our social channels, linking online with offline branding activities, such as curating and executing face-to-face encounters to promote community expansion. Consistently pursue opportunities to connect with others and actively engage with our community members through digital and physical channels by initiating conversations, asking questions, and soliciting feedback. You thrive on engagement and interactions and always seek new opportunities. Our aim is that customers feel a sense of belonging as part of BRUNA’s community and with each other. 
  • Creator Management: Build a strong and engaged creator network - Scout, reach out, and negotiate agreements with on-brand creators, execute creative briefings, and ensure on-time delivery of content.
  • Content Creation: Create social media content and execute in-house content creation (from feed curation and planning, Instagram Stories to reels, and TikTok). Support various teams with executions of in-house content creation (such as photoshoots and events, pop-ups, and taking our offline activities online).
  • Trend Research: Identify trends, learnings, and best practices in social media, integrating them proactively and collaborating with various teams and departments to enhance content innovation.
  • Project & Event Management: Lead community-driven online and offline initiatives, fostering teamwork while showing autonomy. Continuously pursue opportunities, adept at managing individual projects with consideration for their broader impact on various departments. Effectively communicate and grasp the broader organizational objectives, all while remaining grounded in the fundamental role of a community manager.
  • Reporting & analytics: Track relevant KPIs to derive data-based insights & recommendations and execute these. Seek commercial opportunities to generate revenue while providing value to our followers. Experiment with tools, platforms, and interactive content formats to achieve our growth goals.

  • Commercial mindset, creating content that looks good and converts.
  • A can-do attitude and growth mindset. You have a proactive approach and a positive attitude towards challenges, with a willingness to take initiative and drive solutions. You own your tasks and ensure constant progress. 
  • Exceptional English skills, with meticulous attention to detail in spelling and grammar. Knowledge of German is a plus.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant education in digital media, graphic design, content creation, or related fields.
  • 3+ years of work experience with lifestyle brands or agencies 
  • Good knowledge of graphic design programs and other emerging tools for content creation
